At All Paws Grooming, we believe grooming should never come at the expense of your pet's physical or emotional well-being.
When we say ethical grooming, we mean putting your pet's comfort, safety, and trust before speed or profit.
After years in the grooming industry, we've seen firsthand that not every grooming experience is a positive one. That reality is one of the biggest reasons we started All Paws Grooming. We wanted to create a place where every pet is treated with patience, kindness, and respect as if they were our own.
To us, ethical grooming means:

• Using gentle handling and positive reinforcement.
• Prioritizing your pet's comfort over rushing through appointments.

We understand that trusting someone with your pet can feel just as important as trusting someone with a family member. That's why every decision we make is guided by one simple question:

Josie Henson
Co-Owner
Josie has been grooming pets for over 11 years and has a special passion for senior and special needs dogs and cats, as well as both breed standard and creative cuts. Known for her gentle touch and keen eye for detail, she ensures every pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for. When she’s not in the grooming van, Josie enjoys tending to her houseplants, baking sweet treats, working on puzzles, and spending time outdoors with her pups.
Nyle Grigsby
Co-Owner
Nyle has been grooming for nearly four years, stumbling upon grooming school after attending MU. He knew an office job wouldn’t fulfill his desire to be around animals and stay active. Nyle takes his poodle, Pierre, with him everywhere he goes and is deeply passionate about providing ethical grooming for animals.
In his free time, he enjoys playing video games, reading on his Kindle, and playing fetch with his dogs. He loves country music and anything with cowboy boots and hats on it.

Meet Sebastian, or Bashy as we like to call him, a vibrant 9 year old standard poodle full of life! This enthusiastic pup LOVES his mom and can’t get enough of his favorite ball! His energy is contagious, and he’s always ready for playtime and love! 🐾💖
Meet Pierre, or Big Peep—6 years old. His two loves? Squirrels and the neighborhood cats.
We have an Aussie and the shedding was so bad until our guy spent some time with Nyle and Josie and WOW ! Baxter had a few groomers before and still had a lot of shedding but after his day with them we were amazed at how much less he was shedding and his overall mess of hair was less. Our little girl Bailey Fern acts a little extra after being spoiled by them her coat is so silky and we can tell she feels so much better after her groom. You two are amazing and we are excited to see your little business grow.
Could not be more thrilled with the outstanding service provided by the sweet team at All Paws! After a few less than stellar experiences at local vets, we took a chance on a new modality for getting our sensitive dog’s nails trimmed. They listened to our worries and preferences and cared for our tender hearted 14-year old dog Brody as if he was part of their own pack. Their patience, gentleness, thoughtfulness, and skill were on full display from beginning to end. I’m so relieved that my hours of internet scouring led me to the dynamic duo that is All Paws! A true gem!
Nyle and Josie are incredible! Trustworthy, dependable, gentle, loving, talented, highly experienced - everything anyone can ask for in a groomer! They’ve been grooming my two big goldendoodles and mini poodle for the last two years, and I’m so grateful for the utmost care they give my guys.
